Topics for 1 to 1 call with ICANN CEO

This might be a good question to talk about internally  (within NCSG) 
first before raising it with the new ICANN CEO.


Many of us who have been involved with policy making and implementation 
at a very detailed level can tell you why sometimes things are slow - 
and the pace of outcomes is not what you might expect (or plan for). 
Sometimes it is because minority voices (which tend to include NCSG) are 
working very hard to be heard - and need extra time to research and 
present their concerns in way that can be considered by others in the 
Community.  If we lock down our schedules too much, these voices will 
not be heard.
