Thanks for speaking up, Jean F.

I am sure many NPOC members will relate to most of your concerns and
frustrations. I hope steps are taken to ensure things change and that the
NPOC leadership will consider a meeting to go over your email and conduct a
SWOT analysis that will be helpful to bring NPOC to the next level!

I am wondering who has the responsibility to make sure NPOC leadership is
held to account? The NCSG? ICANN org? I know the answer is somewhere in the
charter, or maybe not.
