Hi all,

This is a beautiful email and you deserve to be congratulated for the great
work done. Well done Jean.

However, the ending of the email is bizarre:

"I will not entertain comments or replies to this email except those
related to decisions yet to be made (and that are quite explicit in the
text)"

I don't think the ICANN expected standard of behavior allows us to be
gagged from commenting or replying to an email sent to us on a public
mailing list.
