Discuss: Including registrants billing contact data in registration data policy

Hi all,

Considering Farzi's research (amazing job, btw!), I agree with her on the
position that NCSG should take - with this background, we can conclude that
this would not be the IRT extending its scope, just interpreting previous
policy work (*plus *existing legal frameworks) done by the WG and the
community.
