Re: Q2: considering there are different approaches to sensibilize
governments, what NCSG can help with is to interact with governments who
have civil society organized groups as a voice they hear (usually because
they are relevant to their electoral base). In some countries, the local
technical community is heavily intermingled with civil society
organizations, and looking for some guidance with them before acting
directly with the government (to know, for example, what are the "hot
topics" to that specific governments that could be used at least as a
initial part of the conversation agenda (aiming to reach higher officials).
Re: Q3: Having more data about how much is saved with each proposal would
be really helpful to better understand cost-benefit of some of the ideas
presented.
