Dear Fellow NCSG members:

A couple of weeks ago, on January 28, 2025, the Transfer Policy Report PDP
Working Group convened its last meeting.

After more than four and a half years, and many hundreds of conference
calls, the TPR WG concluded its activities and last week, on February 4,
2025, issued its final report to the GNSO. As noted in the report's
preamble, it contains the results of the "Working Group's deliberations on
charter questions and its 47 final policy recommendations".

Although I came to the Working Group later in its discussions, it was clear
that even though many of the key issues revolved around registrar and
registry processes, the NCSG substantially contributed to the discussions in
support of protections for registrants. I believe that the recommendations
ultimately provide a reasonable balance between the needs of each of the
stakeholder groups involved, and at the end there was full consensus on the
recommendations.

Besides myself, the following NCSG members participated in the Working
Group, either as members or alternate and their contributions over the years
substantially supported NCSG positions:

Akinremi Peter Taiwo

Bolutife Adisa

Farzaneh Badiei

Juan Manuel Rojas

Raoul Plommer

Wisdom Donkor

I would like to thank the NCG for allowing me to participate in this policy
process and for everyone who has provided input when asked.

Ken
