[Ncsg-discuss] [Public Comments] Proposed Next Round Base gTLD Registry Agreement - Spec 14 (Variant TLDs)

hi all,

We have a public comment related to the next round for gTLD and this time
about the registry agreement spec 14. This agreement has an impact on how a
registry operates and what kind of constraints are put there. As NCSG, we
should review those changes and submit a comment.

We need volunteers to join this effort and help draft a public comment on
behalf of NCSG.
