Meeting with ICANN CEO

To Rafik, Juan and Wisdom,

We've spent so much time on the Applicant Support Program over the last 
few years that it would be nice to know:  What resources **of ICANN** 
are being dedicated to providing the promised "non-financial support" to 
New gTLD Applicants in the Applicant Support Program?

Specifically, what technical, legal and business advice will be provided 
**by ICANN** to help tribes, indigenous peoples, NGOs and other 
noncommercial groups to help with the now very-complicated process of 
applying for and then navigating the many panels and complex application 
review for New gTLDs?

Pro bono help will not be enough, and the ICANN Board promised that 
ICANN Org would play a strong and clear role in this process. Can Kurt 
help us to understand what ICANN Org is planning and preparing?
