ICANN81 Travel Slot Selection

NCSG Colleagues,

This is a short note to say that I will be minimally active in NCSG going forward.
Around the last ICANN meeting in Kigali, I spent 5 weeks in Uganda working on projects with Ugandan  colleagues. I am also working on projects in India and the Philippines.
This work, writing, and my farm are taking up all my time. Tuition support for people in Uganda, Nigeria and Liberia is absorbing my travel budget. NCSG has many able young people to assume larger roles, and I wish them well.
