Thanks for your great work! I have added a few comments and also would like
to ask you both if there are any specific concerns that would be highly
valued by the non-commercial community that you, as our main
representatives in this effort, feel should be inserted or are missing in
the listed topics of the Draft ICANN Operating Plan Framework for FY26–30

and Draft ICANN Strategic Plan for FY26–30
<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/draft-strategic-plan-fy26-30-2024-en.pdf>
(especially the first one).

I will also try to run through the two documents provided for this public
comment during the weekend to check if I can find a few points to add to
the excellent doc you already have written.
