Dear Farzi

It is very good to see this work continue (HRIA) and evolve. I don't
know if she will be in Istanbul, but Fiona Alexander who use to be at
NTIA is now on the Freedom Online Coalition's  (which is a governmental
body) Advisory Group in her capacity as part of the academia  - American
University. She is pretty clued up on DNS abuse and she followed the
Internet and Jurisdiction Network's work on DNS closely.

Might be interesting to include her among other stakeholders as she has
both government and academic context to bring.

You might need more than 30 minutes for the role play.. but I love the
scenarios. Can we steal them for AfriSIG? :)

All the best for the session!
