Inquiry about the .io ccTLD situation.

Yes, NCSG is focused on gTLDs. Nonetheless, it is not impossible that some
of our members own/manage .io domains.
For instance, while it is not our case, my organization is named "The IO
Foundation". I can imagine other members may have motivations to own such
domains, we cannot discard that and asking does no harm.

The idea of the consultation to the membership is to collect those possible
concerns and either decide to collectively submit them to ccNSO or support
them in directing them to the proper channel so they can find answers to
their (so far hypothetical) concerns.

It is my view that consulting makes no harm and that caring for our
members' concerns (be it gTLD or ccTLD) is a good thing from the NCSG
leadership.
If no one comes up with a concern then the thread dies on a peaceful rest.
If something comes up then we can discuss what could be the next steps.
