[NCUC-DISCUSS] Suggestion of Speakers from Academia or Civil Society for Plennary session

Hello, Ben,

I just wanted to follow up on this issue and inquire you and Julf on
whether we suggested anyone to speak at this main session.

The sched doesnt have the list of panelists so I cant check who we went up
with - and reminding you guys that I put my hand up back then!
