Dear Members of the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG),

It is with great enthusiasm and dedication that I announce my candidacy for
the position of NCSG Councilor (APAC). As a passionate advocate for
non-commercial interests in internet governance, I am committed to
representing the diverse voices within our stakeholder group and advancing
our shared goals of an open, accessible, and inclusive internet for all. I
have been with NCSG since the year 2017.

My candidacy is rooted in a deep understanding of the critical issues
facing non-commercial stakeholders in the digital age. With a background in
Law, I bring my skills to the table, allowing me to effectively address the
complex challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

If elected, I pledge to:

   1.

Advocate for Non-Commercial Interests: I will be a vocal and proactive
champion for the interests of non-commercial users, organizations, and
communities in internet governance forums. I will work tirelessly to ensure
that our perspectives are heard and valued in decision-making processes at
   local, national, and international levels.
   2.

Promote Digital Rights and Access: I am committed to promoting and
defending fundamental rights such as freedom of expression, privacy, and
access to information online. I will work to advance policies and
initiatives that enhance digital inclusion and bridge the digital divide,
particularly for marginalized and underserved populations.
   3.

Strengthen Multi-Stakeholder Engagement: I recognize the importance of
multi-stakeholder collaboration in shaping internet governance policies and
frameworks. As a councilor, I will actively engage with other stakeholder
groups, including governments, industry, and civil society, to build
consensus, foster dialogue, and find innovative solutions to shared
   challenges.
   4.

Enhance Transparency and Accountability: I believe in the principles of
transparency and accountability as essential pillars of effective
governance. I will advocate for greater transparency in decision-making
processes within NCSG and promote mechanisms for accountability to ensure
that our actions reflect the interests and values of the non-commercial
   community.
   5.

Empower Grassroots Participation: I am committed to empowering
grassroots participation and amplifying the voices of non-commercial
stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and regions. I will strive to create
opportunities for meaningful engagement, capacity-building, and leadership
development within our community. *Time commitment:* Happy to commit any
required hours to fulfil the purpose.

In conclusion, I am deeply committed to serving as a dedicated and
principled advocate for non-commercial interests within the NCSG. I am
excited about the opportunity to work collaboratively with fellow
councilors and stakeholders to shape the future of internet governance in a
manner that reflects our shared values and aspirations.

I humbly ask for your support and trust in electing me as your NCSG
Councilor. Together, we can make a positive impact and ensure that the
internet remains a global resource that serves the common good of humanity.

Thank you for considering my candidacy.

Sincerely,
Razoana Moslam
