Absolutely! A clearly defined handover window for the NCSG chair role is a
welcome improvement. Leveraging the GNSO Council meeting where new
councillors are seated aligns perfectly and streamlines the onboarding
process for the new chair. This ensures a smoother transition and allows
for ample time to bring them up to speed.

I fully support this proposal.
