Nominating Rafik Dammak for NCSG chair position

Dear NCSG,

I would like to nominate Rafik Dammak for the NCSG chair position. Rafik
has been serving NCSG in different capacities for many years but also when
it was time, he took a step back for others to lead NCSG and mentored many.
He is also a great project manager and a leader, during his terms NCSG
filed many public comments, vigorously tracked them, received briefs and
reports about what was going on at ICANN. I think at this time NCSG needs
Rafik for his executive and leadership skills, we will be lucky to have
Rafik lead NCSG once again.
