Meeting about DNS abuse tomorrow

Hi NCSG

Tomorrow we have a meeting with the contracted party's on DNS abuse. They
are asking to focus on this question: What is the most important single
thing you would like to see flowing from the amended contracts going live
on 5 April

Here is what I have put together, which is rough and long but will edit it
