Human rights impact assessment and DNS abuse /next steps

Dear NCSG,

As you know, we did a presentation during the CPH DNS abuse outreach
session about the HRIA. Our presentation was well received by the community
and there was support for continuing the conversation. We should come up
with the next steps and what we want to get done for ICANN Istanbul.

One suggestion is to perform a table-top exercise to demonstrate tangibly
how the HRIA can be implemented. A table-top exercise is usually used to
clarify roles and responsibilities during crisis but we can design it in a
way that helps us 1) demonstrate how an HRIA works 2) how it works within
the DNS abuse and contractual amendments setting 3) identify the concerns,
needs and responsibilities

I am going to suggest as a next step to the CPH to do a table-top exercise
with the community in Istanbul and in the meantime we can think about how
we want to contribute to designing it. Let me know what you think.
