[Public Comment] Policy Status Report on the Policy & Implementation Recommendations

Just to reinforce: to write this, I will need some guiding orientation of
people who have already been part of these policies processes and have
first hand experienced their positive and negative aspects. Just a short
talk expressing your opinion on them (or a simple email pointing out the
issues) will be more than enough (;
