Thank you, Caleb, for sharing the good news here. It's indeed a significant
achievement that the ICANN Board has approved the recommendations. This is
a major win for us as non-commercial stakeholders.

 The journey was long and challenging. I want to thank my colleagues Peter
and Grace for their support as alternates, and our very own Farel Folly and
Manju for representing the GNSO council. We hope to continue our efforts
and secure approval for Phase 2.
