Thanks, Emmanuel, for bringing this to everyone. In a little while we will
be including LE requests as part of the NCUC Issue Forum, and we'll
certainly highlight this timely post.

 

And also reiterate Emmanuel's thanks to Farzaneh for raising this issue.

Hello all,

Remember the law enforcement and transparency conversation on this list few
weeks ago? Reg Levy, Head of Compliance for TCX (a wholesale domain-name
registrar under Tucows), shared a blog yesterday about the RDRS. We can all
take credit for it - one step forward.
