NCUC session approved at the 19th annual IGF / seeking for speakers

Dear Amin, dear friends and colleagues,

I know that this is a bold move on my side but I would like to offer myself
as a speaker for this session.
Some words about myself and my motivation to speak on this panel: Currently
at the European summer school on Internet Governance, my journey in
Internet Governance and digital policy processes started as a German youth
observer to the IGF in Addis in 2022. Ever since then I have been a member
of the German IGF (IGF-D) and leading the Youth IGF-D's policy development
on various policy processes such as the GDC, but also the German
International Digital policy strategy. I am a rather new member of NCSG.
After having participated in the ICANN NextGen program at ICANN78 in
Hamburg I have decided to continue my journey in ICANN, focusing on policy
development. As you can imagine I am still learning and figuring out where
to contribute best. I feel like this could be an opportunity to take a
first step to contribute. I am in the process of securing funding to be
onsite in Riyadh and should receive clearance for this in the coming weeks.

I am looking forward to hearing from you and further growing within NCSG.
