ICANN79 GAC Open Mic

Hi everyone,

I signed up for this in personal capacity but if NCSG wants to give me
their blessing I can say a few things representing the group (I have to
resubmit the form, so I need your blessing soon):
1) what NCSG does and its values
2) Registries Voluntary Commitments and Human Rights
3) Law enforcement agencies, confidential RDRS requests and human rights
Or we can have somebody on the council to bring up the issues and I say
things in my personal capacity.

Let me know, soon and quick, after I fill in the form I will send you what
I am gonna say.
