Thank you for sharing the 2024 RDRS Usage Metrics Report.

I think we will improve from this start.

IMHO, Metric 6: Use of Data Request Form for Non-participating Registrars will be the best handle to prevent us from becoming prisoners of the metrics we have begun to use.
