Dear Community Colleagues,



The New gTLDs Next Round Outreach, Engagement and Communications effort has
benefitted tremendously from suggestions and contacts furnished by members
of various community structures.  This has helped to raise awareness of the
program among diverse parties and in underserved regions. Thank you for
your interest and guidance to date.



The Next Round Implementation Review Team (IRT) reporting process has a
monthly, standing agenda item for: Outreach, Engagement and Communications.
These sessions provide an overview of work activities and progress. They
are also specifically designed to gather feedback, suggestions or questions
to support the collaborative approach that has proven so fruitful and will
be important for the successful implementation of the program.

with Outreach, Engagement and Communications among the IRT agenda items, on
