ASP Capacity Building

Hi everyone,

Just as a complement to the amazing material produced by ICANN staff, and
to share the good work made by some of our NCSG members for their
presentation in the NCUC Issue Forum, I am also sharing the slides (already
edited to exclude the elements that were part of the dynamic of the
session) that were used on the session, which help to understand the ASP by
summarizing and commenting on some elements of the handbook.
