Open Public Comment: ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct on SOIs and General Ethics Policy

Hi everyone,

We got to the deadline for this Public Comment - I have been a bit busy in
the last few days with some things that are quite urgent here, but it would
be really important to at least give a (probably late) comment indicating
that we approve this policy, considering the controversy I'm checking in
the Public Comment page.

Can we do such a thing, maybe a one-liner, Tomslin?
