Hi Julf,

I am really not going to fully participate at ICANN but during town hall if
I can attend I would love to discuss the “small team” with the council.
Last meeting, a small team rep kind of took the mic and endorsed the
bilateral negotiations of CPH and org on DNS abuse and they had no capacity
of doing so. I want to know if the council finds that concerning and if
they want to address itz
