I feel so sorry for them because I know how bad it is because we were and still suffering from the fluctuating of the ICT services during the ongoing war in Sudan the lack of internet and electronic services is due to the poor  infrastructure .
 I want all the authorities to know that the internet is not owned by a anyone, no one has a right to block it , we pray for Senegal people.
