Updated Timeline for EPDP - IDNs

Dear All,

As discussed during our last Policy meeting, see attached herewith the new
timeline for the EPDP-IDNs.  After considering several factors, the
leadership team and staff updated the timeline for completing the Phase 2
work. The proposed slides for the GNSO Council meeting tonight are
attached. In summary, the estimated Phase 2 completion has been updated to
October 2024 (previously, November 2025).
