Resurrecting NCSG techteam

Hi Julf,

I'm interested in participating in the NCSG tech team. However, I have a
few questions:
- Are there any formal requirements for helping out?
- What is the current scope of the tech team?
- What are the responsibilities?

Regarding IT experience, I can provide my background in a resume or any
other format that is required.
