The public comment request for Phase 1 Initial Report has been officially
approved by ICANN org departments, and the relevant materials are being
processed by the public comment team. Find attached the Phase 1 Initial
Report in its final form.  We will keep you posted when the public comment
page comes alive but you can start writing your comments :).
