Dear NCSG,

Hope this email finds you well and that ICANN75 is going smoothly on your
side.

Recently the NCSG Executive Committee approved new members that should be
joining our SG and its Constituencies mailing lists shortly after this
meeting is over. I would also like to apologize for the delay in the
approval of the membership requests, unfortunately we had a long list of
duplicated applications and some reminiscing requests from previous chairs.

While we are still facing some issues with CIVICRM that wont allow us to
add the new members to the lists during this meeting still, I would like to
invite you all to help me wish NCSGs incoming members a big welcome.
