NomCom rebalancing

For those who didn't follow the NCSG-Board session, a small update
(purely my perception - feel free to provide alternate perspectives).

I think we presented our case very well (thank you Bruna for lining
it up perfectly), and I think the board understood the issue, especially
after the passionate and clear comments from Avri. I spoke to several
board members afterwards, and our concerns resonated with them. I think
the current board is much more receptive to our cause than some of'
the previous boards.

We will continue the dialogue and make sure we maintain the momentum.
