Thank for highlighting this, Farzi.

We've also discussed this item a few times in our monthly PC calls.
And I just wanted to assure folks that this has all our attention since
this review was requested by NCSG councillors led by Manju. The term limits
and governance mechanisms introduced in the section *Review and Renewal* is
our proposal.

We wanted more and did propose more mechanisms but those didn't garner
enough support from the Council. Despite this setback, we're okay with the
updated document.
