NCSG Meeting Agenda and chat with CEO

Hi Bruna,

The noncommercials who have been advocating for noncommercial registrants
rights for many years now are most of the time non-existent in ICANN's
training programs about registrants rights and responsibility.I raised this
some years ago but we have not been able to fix it. How can we be
integrated into these training programs as speakers or at least our
viewpoints be reflected? This is especially important because of the issues
of sanctions and whois privacy as well as domain transfer need to have
noncommercial registrants advocates to speak to them.
