I can't believe we are still tweaking policies about Intergovernmental
organizations but here we go...

The CPH has submitted comments which I think are good and reasonable.I
think we should support those amendments. (just as a compromise otherwise
to be frank the whole curative rights policies and processes were
unnecessary. the EPDP was unnecessary too.
I have attached the Contracted Party House amendments. If the Council
members support the amendments that would be kind of an improvement.

I am forwarding herewith the Final Report of the Expedited Policy
Development Process on Specific Curative Rights Protections for
International Governmental Organizations (IGOs) and a Motion for approval
of the five (5) final EPDP recommendations as documented in the EPDP team's
Final Report.  Please note that it is my understand that the Council will
not vote on this motion this month, but this topic will be on the agenda to
explain the report’s final recommendations.
