Meet the candidates - Q&A on the list!

Thanks to all those who responded to my questions.


@Bruna Martins <bruna.mrtns at gmail.com>  there is nothing to be sad with. It
is just a clarifying question and it is my understanding that it is our
tradition to have a meet the candidate call and then follow up with
questions on the list.


While it is not codified in the internal procedures, tradition is
tradition. And when things deviate from the traditional way of doing
things, there is bound for questioning.


>From my understanding and experience, ask questions on the list is not an
effective mechanism to assess candidate's suitability for leadership role.
Hence, combination of both mechanisms.
