Nomination of Dr. David Morar for the NCSG Chair Position

I would also like to support the nomination of Dr. David Morar for NCSG Chair.  David has served with me on the NCSG Executive Committee for the last couple of years and has done a wonderful job of looking out for and representing the voices of non-commercial users at ICANN.  I agree that David will help to represent the concerns of people from developing countries given his background and training.  David’s educational focus has been on tech policy, and particularly multi-stakeholderism, so he possesses a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical issues that we struggle with at ICANN.  I agree with others that David would make an excellent chair for the NCSG.
