NCSG Election Nominations - Nomination period ends May 5th

Hello all,

Taking this opportunity to remind you to send in nominations before the end
of our nomination period (tomorrow, May 5th).

With regards to the nominations to the council, the following councilors
have terms ending at this AGM:  Juan Manuel Rojas LAC, Wisdom Donkor AF,
and  Stephanie Perrin NA. Therefore, considering that NCSG aims for
balanced regional representation, we would like to encourage candidates
from the AF, LAC and NA regionS to run for one of NCSGs Councilors slots.

Additionally, we haven't yet heard from any candidates for the Chair slot,
so if you are willing to run for this position I would like to make myself
available for a short conversation about the 'job' description and so on.

Below is a short reminder of our elections timeline:

*NCSG ELECTIONS TIMELINE *
*26 April:* Check-in begins
*28 April - 05 May:* Nomination Period
*05 May:* Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
*6 May:* Meet the candidates call / Check-in ends
*9 May (00:00 UTC) to 16 May (23:59 UTC): *Confidential, electronic voting
period
*17 May: *Announcement of results
