Fwd: [council] Regarding GAC liaison position

Dear all,

Having said in the SSC not long ago, I think Jeff might choose the GAC
Liaison over the SubPro Liaison.  So I will suggest before a decision is
made to either get another volunteer for any of the two roles he should be
prompted to choose between the two roles.  He is a great guy for both roles.

I also think a term limit for the GAC Liaison role is also a good idea.
