Nomination of Wisdom Donkor for another term as councillor

Dear all,

I'd like to nominate Wisdom Donkor for another term in Council. In his
first term, he contributed to council small teams and is also a member of
the transfer policy working group.

I am sure he will use the experience gained from his first term to
contribute even more in Council and represent NCSG.
