NCSGs Response to the Board's Proposal for a GNSO Council & GAC dialogue on Closed Generics

We have just submitted the attached letter to the GNSO Leadership on the
topic of the Board's Proposal for a GNSO Council & GAC dialogue on Closed
Generics.

The document, drafted by @陳曼茹 Manju Chen <manju at nii.org.tw> and @Kathy
Kleiman <kathy at kathykleiman.com>, sets some of our current concerns around
the board's proposal and asks the GNSO to rely on the already instated
participation tools such as PDPs and Public comments.
