Transfer policy working group

Registrars have to call them resellers because they don't have any other
term for them but in reality some resellers just get a reseller account to
manage their domain names, register domain for family and friends and
colleagues or an organization and don't get engaged with selling the domain
as a commercial activity. This is not a very crucial part of it but I hear
a lot of stories about resellers not being able to work with multifactor
auth so I thought I see if people here have a reseller account and can give
me some feedback on that.
