Well, Raymond, as much as I agree this discussion is presenting itself as a
deadlock...what we want to achieve is balance in the nomcom representation
and a more proportional distribution of seats for the non-commercial groups
- as stated on the two draft emails/letters you read on this thread.

At the end of the day we know that we mustn't look at the seat distribution
as romantically as you suggest  - solely as gnso general representation -
because we are and have always outnumbered.
