Nomination of Farell Folly for Second term

Hi all,

I would like to nominate Farell for a second term in council. In the past
year, he has shown continued interest in advancing policy work at NCSG,
both in the council (by joining council small groups) and promoting
improvements in the NCSG policy committee and it's operations.

I hope he accepts.
