Nomination of Tomslin Samme-Nlar for the GNSO Council

Dear NCSG members,
I would like to nominate Tomslin Samme-Nlar for the GNSO council.
Tomslin was elected on the Council by NCSG last year and in just a few
months time since then he has done a great job there. He is also now
chairing the NCSG policy committee -- this involves quite a lot of work and
coordination. His dedication to NCSG and policy work really stands out, and
as his fellow councillor, I can say that he's a hard-working person and
a pleasure to work with!
I hope, Tomslin, that you will accept this nomination. I really hope you
are willing to continue advancing NCSG at ICANN.
