Dear All,
Hope this email meets you well!
I have a few reminders about the NCSG Elections that I would like to share
with you:
*Check-in *
The check-in email was sent on Friday 07 May 2021, to all individual and
organizational members of the NCSG. *Deadline for replying is 28 May 2021,
at 23h59 UTC*. All NCSG members, including NCUC and NPOC, who wish to
participate of the upcoming elections have to respond to this email - sent
from admin at ncsg.is.
*Nomination Period and Candidate Statement*
As per our timeline, *nomination period starts today and ends on May 27th*.
All nominated candidates should accept their nominations and submit their
candidates statement to the list also on May 27th.
*Meet the Candidates Call *
Due to the increased amount of meetings and calls we have all been facing
since the beginning of the pandemic, we decided to host a joint Meet the
Candidates call for NCSG, NCUC and NPOC with the duration of 2,5 hours. For
this call, the SG and its Constituencies will have 45 min each for a
conversation between the membership and our candidates.
*Call is scheduled to take place on May 27th, from 11 - 13:30 UTC*
I guess that is it from me now, if anyone has any questions about the
elections and nominations, I'd be happy to help!
Best,
--
