IMPORTANT: 2021 NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Elections

Dear All,

The check-in process for 2021 NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Elections will begin on Friday, 07 May 2021 – Friday, 28 May 2021.

A check-in email will be sent from admin at ncsg.is<mailto:admin at ncsg.is>, please respond to this email before the deadline.

A list of members who have who have checked-in will be displayed at https://members.ncsg.is/public-voters-list_ncsg. Please check that your name is on the list before the check-in process ends. If you are sure that you responded to the check-in email, and your name is not on the list, please send me an email off list before the check-in process ends on Friday, 28 May 2021.

Please note: If you do not check-in, you will be placed on the inactive membership list. Inactive members cannot vote in the annual election, so it is important that you reply before the deadline to the check-in email, to ensure you are listed as active and receive a ballot during the annual elections.

As a reminder, the election timeline is below:

7 May: Check-in begins
13 May - 27 May: Nomination period
27 May: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
28 May: Meet the candidates call / Check-in ends
01 - 04 June: Voter roll finalized
07 June - 21 June: Voting period
22 June: Results announced
