Dear NCSG members,
this event (see information in the forwarded message below) might be of
interest for many of you. As some of you might know, the European
Commission recently came up with several important initiatives that intend
to "regulate the Internet" -- this is how many frame it. Elena Plexina and
David Conrad are going to discuss them at the Europe Stakeholder Assembly.
While seemingly looking like something affecting only Europe, this
regulation would have extra-territorial effect. Anybody who is interested
would be welcome to join the event.
